Description: The town itself is located in a small abandoned facility on an uninhabited island in the Gulf of Mexico. What appears to be a black stone lighthouse stands on the side of a cliff near the southern coast of the island. This lighthouse appears to exhibit antiemetic properties that cause any conscious being who sees it from ten (10) miles away to forget about it after taking their eyes off the lighthouse and the island itself. The tip of the lighthouse is positioned in such a way that it juts out and can be seen from any side of the island. Menestics are able to successfully counteract the effect. It appears that while within the area of the facility the antiemetic effect wears off.

The facility covers exactly four (4) square kilometers, made up of seven buildings, with the central building being the largest of all. All buildings, except for the central building, are abandoned and the absence of doors and windows has left the interior exposed to the natural elements. The central building is enclosed behind a heavy steel and titanium door; the building has all windows sealed with bricks and concrete.
The "Menagerie"1 is the designation given to an underground facility, located beneath the facility's central building. It is only accessible through a ten (10) by eight (8) meter vertical loading platform located in the middle of the interior of the central building.
When a special security code is entered into the touch panel it contains, it descends two kilometers downwards until stopping at the entrance of a tunnel.
At the top of this entrance is a plaque that reads as follows.

The tunnel ends after 50 meters of travel, to what appears to be a seventy (70) by ninety (90) meter Observation Chamber containing several desks and computer monitors. In the center of this is a large command console and several still-functional surveillance monitors. Each of these monitors show a live feed of the interior of the rooms of the Massive Central Containment Chamber whose entrance is located at the other end of the observation chamber. The entrance to this chamber is hermetically sealed with several iron and titanium plates.
Next to the monitors is a portable personal computer whose keyboards are not functional and which appears to have its screen frozen.
The entire underground facility appears to have been constructed by anomalous means, displaying several spatial anomalies with its interior size and depth constantly changing. Mapping it has been impossible so its boundaries are unknown. In addition to this the facility itself appears to emanate some kind of unknown radiation that affects radio and satellite signals; as a result it is impossible to accurately triangulate its position using satellite imagery or GPS locators.

Because there is no way to access the Chamber, the monitors are the only means of observing the interior of the rooms. Each of these contains an anomalous entity; each is viewed from a camera located in the lower right corner of the room. The transmission has shown that the doors to these rooms have been closed with a series of complex locking mechanisms and sealed off like the main entrance.
These monitors also display a series of texts below the transmission showing the description, designation, informal name, scientific name, etc., and what appears to be notes of unknown context.
Below is a list of all anomalies in containment with their informal designation, scientific name and annotation. Files for individual anomalies should be requested from the Cell Director or the Head of Research on duty.
Trying to breach the barrier separating the Massive Central Containment Chamber from the rest of the facility has been difficult as the implantation of bombs can collapse the structure of the building as well as cause breaches in the interior walls that could eventually flood the facility. The authenticity of the anomalies' existence was doubted due to there being no way to interact with them, but continued scanning, monitoring via motion detectors, and signs of increased EVE energy emanating from several of these cells prove that the anomalies are real.
The few recovered documents mention Foundation personnel who do not exist, have been dead for years, or have not even been born. So far only ██ well-known higher-clearance members have been recognized, including site directors, chief investigators, and task force leaders, but with several discrepancies to their current statuses. Research files found have led to the conclusion that there is at least one other level below the Cell Chamber, the stairs leading to which have apparently been collapsed. Because the surveillance camera monitors on these levels have been removed, and those found are broken, the exact number of anomalous entities within the facility is unknown.
