Operation Bolivar
A three-month operation spanning all of Mexico and Panama, in which specific targets were eliminated that facilitated the unification of the Cartels and other criminal organizations along the lines of the Insurgency. The Santos were in charge of the attacks on the homes of major bosses who were part of these targets.

Operation Last Crusade
A predetermined attack on each of the largest paranormal and anomalous groups in the entire Mexican region, including sects, occult groups, Satanists, Santeria practitioners, etc. The operation proved the effectiveness of the Santos as a team when it came to facing anomalous threats.

Anomaly of Interest #13 - Deer Man
The entity was originally a man named Josue Hernandez, a well-known witch and healer from ██████, Veracruz.

Los Santos made contact with the entity during a raid on an abandoned building on the outskirts of town where the witch was said to live. The operation was part of the final phase of Operation Last Crusade to find and take custody of all anomalous elements in the area.

The subject was found lying on the ground where he began to convulse as he began to change his features into those of a wild deer. The entity then confronted the team, demonstrating unusual strength and speed. After a chase of more than three hours the entity was eliminated with minor damage and zero casualties.

Anomaly of Interest #19 - Sentient Statue
The statue was found during an exchange between the Insurgents and a group of drug traffickers from █████. The exchange took place near a cultural park in the city of ██████, where a presentation of "street art" was taking place.

A couple of minutes before the meeting was over, one of the sculptures in the exhibition moved and headed directly towards the drug dealers. The statue killed one of them while holding the arm of another, all this while reciting a pamphlet on student rights from 1980. Los Santos, who were on a search mission near the site, appeared to protect the Insurgent agents and eliminated the entity with heavy fire. The encounter ended with minor casualties. Despite a search of the area, the author of the statue was not found. Research to confirm possible connection to GoI-267: Are We Cool Yet? pending.

Anomaly of Interest #21 - Amphibian Humanoid
The entity was spotted by the interns off the coast of Puerto Vallarta following a strong tropical storm. A plainclothes Foundation agent called for a Mobile Task Force to be dispatched; undercover Insurgency agents diverted the transmission and the Santos arrived on the scene to assist the Item Acquisition Operatives. The entity displayed psychic and memetic abilities that it used against the operatives, leading the Santos to eliminate the humanoid as it had become a big threat. The cleanup crew secured the area and all operatives left within minutes of Foundation agents arriving.

PoI-008

PoI-008: James Blair
The target was tracked to an old industrial factory after being seen leaving the Market of a Thousand Languages by Insurgent agents who were in the area. The target was speaking to an unknown subject inside the factory, who disappeared from the scene without agents being able to see him leave through any of the exits. Operatives attempted to take custody of PoI-008 who then removed an unknown device which [CLASSIFIED]. The target was not found in the area. There were four casualties and severe damage to Insurgent equipment.
