The following document presented here was released from the Personal Archives of Delta Command in order to assist in the investigation into recent events surrounding GoI-███: The King's Special Rifle Society. The following information is part of the archives of Her Majesty's Royal Foundation For The Study of Curiosities and Paranormal, one of the Foundation's predecessor organizations. The archives were previously handled solely by the Recordkeeping And Informational Security Administration (RAISA) and O5 Command itself, from which Delta Command copied a number of these files during their time in that position, prior to their defections.
It should be noted that although the Chaos Insurgency history indicates that the Foundation's creation took place in 1901, many of the leaders of the precursor organisations, and current members of the O5 Council, still kept some resources and information on certain anomalies secret from the view of other Council members, for the well-being of their own parent organisations. This is believed to have continued even after the Insurrection in 1914, until the year 19██.

Abnormality - The subject is capable of manifesting cognitive psychic abilities of the epathic type in the form of low frequency waves, which allows him to manipulate the emotions of his victims at will, leading him to frequently manifest extreme emotions and even experience psychotic episodes, which depend on each case, although with an obvious favoritism for uncontrollable anger and total apathy.
History - Subject has no known history prior to his capture by Her Majesty's Royal Foundation For The Study of Curiosities and Paranormal. There are reports of an "Ezkarra" during the War between England and France in 1857, but there is no formal connection between the subject and this character. He was taken into custody in Sussex in 19██ on suspicion of indirectly being responsible for the suicide of Prince ███████ XI.

Dear Sirs of the Operations Council,
I must bring to your attention the tragic situation we are facing these days.
The latest reports dictate the possible intervention of more foreign forces than we expected. It seems that even though the Foundation has been positioned as a "neutral" player in the war, our Spanish counterparts have not wasted any time, as while we speak a still active retinue of the Knights of the Military Order of Borja and Aragon has been prowling around to capture any anomaly within reach. It is obvious that we are in no position to speak of hypocrisy and that the High Council Member of the Operators has already done everything possible to dissuade as much as possible the intervention of this organization in private in his role as O-█, but this does not change the fact that our operations could be discovered and exposed to the public if we try to intervene and that we can only watch as those Iberians keep all the artifacts that this institution has worked so hard to acquire for centuries.
To make matters worse, the Austrians have apparently begun to adopt the use of paranormal phenomena in their weapons applications, and intelligence has had trouble acquiring any relevant information on them beyond their name. I don't know who these La Gekare guys are, but they're making our already difficult job practically impossible.
It doesn't help that the Estate Noir refused to lend any aid (though nothing more could be expected from the French) and that the Imperial German Agency for the Examination of Anomalous Affairs has decided to go it alone to fight within the streets of their own homeland, only adding more fuel to the flames, something that the Allied Occult Initiative already seems to be doing across the continent.
Seeing the dark future that awaits us, I have decided to present to you the following proposal. The formation of a squadron made up exclusively of abnormal elements that would be in charge of facing the abnormal forces of our current enemies. With this team we will not only guarantee victory over European territory against other interest groups, it would also give us the opportunity to direct our resources and attention against the Spanish.
