Insurrection
On June 19, 1914, the first generation of "Red Shadow" (at that time known as the Red Right Hand), would execute together with 4 members of the O5 Council a rebellion, against the SCP Foundation. In this Insurrection, "The Red Right Hand" and the O5 defectors; would obtain a resounding victory, over The Foundation. The spoils: A considerable amount of SCPs and personnel, with which they could form a new group, in somewhere else.
Chaos Insurgency
In 1948, "Red Shadow" would infiltrate and eliminate any Insurgent leader, within the ███████. This in order to facilitate the future union of the Insurgency and with the ███████. In total ██ members of the IC were eliminated, since they showed an interest in destroying the Delta Command and taking over the Engine. Following the merger of the ███████ and the Insurgency, the Delta Command would take control of the new organization.
Operation Baptism
This operation was the first military action of "Red Shadow." In 19██, the mission was to enter the city of █████ and forcibly remove SCP-███. Unfortunately, the surrounding population began to worship SCP-███ and due to the effects of this, the use of amnesiacs before and after the extraction of SCP-███ would be useless. The official death toll was around ███ civilians. The mission was masked as a terrorist act committed by the separatist group ████ of █████.

Anomaly of Interest#00-1- The Engine
After the events of the unification of the IC in 1948 and the taking of command of the Delta Command, a part of the Engine began to "behave" strangely; the messages and signals that it directed towards the Delta Command were full of incoherence and attacks towards the IC. The Delta Command began an investigation into these events.
A few months later, they managed to find what seemed to be the source of the problem: A Level 4 investigator of the Foundation. After confirming this, the Delta Command organized an infiltration to neutralize the investigator.
The operation took about 5 months (in this part it should be noted that the Researcher, strangely, did not inform his superiors, which was beneficial to the IC). After a quick assault against the facility where the Researcher was located, he was located and neutralized. After what happened, the Delta Command made the decision to "remove" the damaged part of the Engine.
Note: It should be mentioned that this was the first case where the Engine contacted a person outside the Delta Command
