Description:
It is a Red Type of Expanded Regeneration1 with the appearance of a young woman in her twenties or a humanoid entity appearing to be a woman, displaying various markings all over her body (tattoos, scarifications, piercings, and ████); the entity displays biological modifications and augmentations in its arms, hands, and mouth, allowing them to be used as short-range weapons (more than 2 meters) with the ability to break muscle and bone (It has been theorized that the subject has a little more than three times the strength of a normal human), as well as expand and contract its limbs at will. The entity displays rapid regeneration capabilities, as well as the creation of limbs at a speed greater than that of the average Red Types.
Rules of Engagement:
Due to the lack of information regarding the exact nature of the threat and the number of resources and agents involved in the attack, constant vigilance must be maintained regarding any information related to KTE-7859-Silver, especially in the anomalous circles in which it has been seen, including the Sarkic community and other similar cults.
History:
KTE-7859-Silver was initially discovered in 1989 in Prague, Czech Republic, following rumors of a woman appearing on the streets late at night seducing young men in bars and other teenage hangouts. Agent Basilisk was sent to investigate. After losing contact with the agent for a week, Agents Nemesis and Opal were sent to investigate. Two days later, a severely injured Agent Opal contacted the Coalition's emergency channel about the threat.
On ██/██/1989, by direct order of Under-Secretary D.C. Al Fine, Special Operations Agent Ukelele was deployed. After ██ days of observation and testing, the agent confronted the entity, however failed to completely eliminate it, only managing to injure it and drive it away from the city. A subsequent investigation revealed the bodies and limbs of at least ██ individuals in the basement of an abandoned church north of the city, all identified as victims of the threat.
It would be several years before KTE-7859-Silver was discovered by the GOC again on ██/██/██ in Amsterdam. It was accidentally found by Agent ██████ who was off-duty and on vacation. The Agent admitted to going to the ████ Cabaret to spend the night with one of the prostitutes. Over the three consecutive days he was there he became aware of a number of isolated incidents which were quickly covered up by the owners of the place.
After doing some research on his own, the Agent discovered several texts and objects related to Neo-Sarkic practices in one of the chambers of one of the most famous prostitutes there, known only by the nickname "She". The Agent also discovered several artifacts made from biological tissue and bones from what appeared to be several of the place's regular customers.
After gathering enough evidence, the Agent contacted the Coalition, who contacted the SCP Foundation to send a group of agents belonging to Mobile Task Force Psi-9 ("Abyss Gazers").2. MTF Psi-9 initiated a raid on the facility and made contact with the entity. The two members who first arrived were killed by extreme mutilation and a third was terminated after the ██████ was removed from his body cavity.
The entity eventually managed to escape through a secret tunnel that was located beneath the foundations of the building. The tunnel exit ended at the city's shoreline. Several units were dispersed to search for it and the entire harbor including every ship and hangar was searched. After four hours of searching, the entity's escape was reported.
I know what many of you who have read this report are thinking: That this humanoid could be any other of those Sarkic Cult phenomena and not necessarily the same one that was responsible for the incidents that occurred. I myself can think of several other options regarding the origin of this PoI. However, both the similarities in the description and the modus operandi are too similar to ignore.
That is why from today all files related to the case will be the responsibility of Mrs. Corneille Kopper, who will see the most effective way to find a solution to this problem.
