The following is a list of deaths that occurred within the Base-7 facility as compiled by the Facility Morgue staff. This list does not include deaths caused during active duty, both on and off base; the list is to capture deaths that occurred due to incidents, breaches, and altercations of both mundane and anomalous nature.

Name: Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela
Position: Security Guard.
Date: 09/12/2016
Location: Anomaly Storage, Section E.
Cause of Death: Subject died after being attacked by the Delta-Black instance during the transport of Item#011 to its original containment, after having completed the day's experiments.
Body Disposition: The body was dismembered and left almost unrecognizable. The remains were transported to the morgue and then incinerated.

Location: Botany Lab.
Cause of Death: His body was found covered in anomalous fungi inside the cold storage room by a lab assistant after noticing Researcher █████'s absence during lunch. The fungi appear to be an unknown species from Location of Interest-002. Investigation into how one instance came to the base is ongoing.
Body Disposition: The body was studied and tissue samples were collected; the body was subsequently incinerated.

Position: Member of the Recruitment Team "Bad Tongue".
Date: 07/08/2017
Location: Barracks, Section F.
Cause of Death: At first it was believed that the subject had committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with his own weapon. Later investigations showed that the subject had no record of psychological problems of any kind. Inspection of his cot led to the discovery of a diary where he recounts being followed by "a black figure" during his rounds. The last page of the diary was filled with cognitive dangers written in blood. It is believed that these influenced the subject's self-termination. Investigation of the aforementioned suspect is ongoing.
Body Disposition: During the autopsy it was discovered that the body was filled with [DATA EXPUNGED] replacing the organs. Blood samples were taken and the body was placed in the Cryochemical Chamber of Laboratory 9.

Date: 09/23/2019
Location: Unknown.
Cause of Death: During experimentation with Item#012, Dr. ███ ██████, part of the Department of Thaumaturgy and Occult Artifacts, read a passage from Page ██ of the Grimoire that led to the creation of a minor dimensional rift in the north wall of Test Chamber 4 where the experimentation was taking place. The fourth experienced a decompression, which absorbed the subject. After being absorbed the rift closed on its own.

Name: Raúl Fernández Gutiérrez
Position: Security Guard.
Date: 03\11\2019
Location: Anomaly Storage, Section B.
Cause of Death: During the use of the Item#018, to eliminate an insurgent target PdI-███ by using a poison of compound [DATA EXPUNGED], the target was successfully eliminated. Meanwhile, the insurgent agent located at the same site was found dead under the same conditions. After a slight inspection, samples of the agent's dandruff were found on the Item, which determined that he was accidentally killed along with PdI-███ by receiving part of the poison.
Disposition of the Body: The body, having been murdered under the same conditions, was immediately taken to the morgue where his body was cremated.

Date: 11/22/2019
Location: Weapons Warehouse, Section █
Cause of Death: During the transfer of a box with weapons equipment for IC, the forklift suffered a failure, which caused the entire equipment to tip over on its side, causing the subject to fall to the ground, where he was crushed by the forklift and the box carrying the weapons equipment for the IC, dying a few seconds later.
Body Disposition: The body was inspected with severe trauma to the head and multiple fractures throughout the thorax.

Position: Commander of [REDACTED] Team "Lovely Seventies."
Date: 09/12/2020
Location: Country road heading to [REDACTED].
Cause of Death: During the transport of Item #███, the subject was suddenly stabbed in the neck by his partner [REDACTED], who turned out to be a spy for the SCP Foundation. The aforementioned spy escaped in the truck, taking the Item with him.
Body Disposition: Buried. A civil funeral was arranged by his subordinates.

Date: 07/19/2020
Location: [DATA EXPUNGED], his home address.
Cause of Death: Due to his sudden disappearance, it was believed that he had defected. However, a short investigation discovered that the subject experienced a sudden "gravity reversal", falling upwards and becoming lost in the sky. He was found a month later, pinned to a lightning rod. His body showed symptoms of hypothermia and hypoxia.
Body Disposition: The only abnormality found so far was a replacement of his tarsals and metatarsals with rubber typically used for balloons. The body is stored in a cold storage room until further notice.

Location: Autopsy room.
Cause of Death: Dr. Daniel is still alive. A corpse was found on one of the tables that matches 100% in appearance and DNA with his counterpart. The corpse lacks a brain, the skull is full of wristwatches and pocket watches of different brands and models.
Body Disposition: Stored for future research. His living counterpart is under surveillance, escorted by various protection teams until the date mentioned above.

Location: Cafeteria, Base █
Cause of Death: During the time of entry to the cafeteria of Site █, the lifeless body of the agent was discovered under one of the tables of the cafeteria, the body in question was found with multiple stab wounds throughout the torso, and the face of the subject was variably disfigured by an apparent large number of blows throughout the front. Due to the disposition of the body in a very visible location, it is maintained that the agent was the victim of an altercation with another member of the insurgent personnel. So far, multiple testimonies with colleagues of the deceased agent declare that he had had several disputes with █████, who is suspected to be the main suspect.
Body Disposition: The agent's body was inspected at the █ Base morgue, where he was pronounced dead from severe blood loss and loss of function of essential organs such as the heart and lungs.

Cause of Death: A fight broke out between the staff. Everyone present began to attack each other for no apparent reason. Those who were not armed used cutlery, broken plates, utensils, furniture or their fists as weapons. The event only resulted in one death, at the hands of Officer ███████, with a spoon.
Body Disposition: Buried following standard procedure, after an autopsy revealed nothing unusual. All staff involved in the fight remember the event, but not the motive. They all report having simultaneously entered a sudden state of fury and hysteria, which turned them against each other regardless of hierarchy or friendship.
