The Caretaker came to me one night, although clearly she didn't go in alone. While two guards held me down, she walked up to me and said in a sweet voice "I have a job for you" immediately after I felt a strong blow to the back of my head. After a few days of training on my mission, I found myself attached to a kind of attack force. According to the Caretaker, some recent experiments showed that a more aggressive soldier was more efficient in battle than one who wasn't, and of course due to my "anomaly", I was the best option to test that hypothesis. My mission was simple, I just had to accompany this team on each mission and exert my "influence" over them, not to brag, but thanks to me we could turn a mommy's boy into one of the most sadistic and tyrannical soldiers the world has ever seen, that's why we were usually assigned to "dirty work" missions. I admit I'm not very proud of what we did, but someone had to do it.

It was all for the greater good.

Today during the early morning, she came back and this time she whispered in my ear, "It's time." I had spent four years with these men, so it wasn't hard to get them to turn against the Foundation. The irony was that they boasted that our group was the most loyal to them, but they were really loyal to me. For 5 hours straight I was in a non-stop firefight, taking one or another object and killing Foundation personnel.

I watched the sunset, from the back of a truck, while behind me a Foundation Site burned. I don't really know where we're headed, but I'm told it's a good place to start an Insurgency.

I admit that I hadn't had any action for a while, but when that guy Blake and his gang came here to ask for help for their rebellion, things got a little "rough", that fool is nobody, a poor little idealist.

But at least we were informed thanks to them, that things weren't going very well and that there were more and more rebellions against it, I myself went to my commanders, to ask for permission to be able to act, but their absurd "Engine" said "NO". I feel that we have stagnated and that this can't end well.

I remember when I was a child, my mother and I would attend the military parade that was held every year in my village, I always imagined myself as one of the King's loyal soldiers, who would do everything possible to protect England. Things in the Insurgency have been improving little by little, our help is indispensable for the Axis and the USSR. We help whoever pays best, but for some reason I am not satisfied with this.

I admit that I do not know where I got the courage from, but I have deserted the Insurgency, I am currently heading to England, I have heard about a special unit in the service of the King, although to be honest I already knew about this group, I found out about its existence thanks to one of Blake's disciples, who said that he had belonged to it before, but also mentioned that when the Great War ended, they dismantled it, so it is very likely that this will happen again once the conflict is over, so I must be careful.

Liberation of Paris

After the landing, my unit and I headed towards Paris, the resistance of the last units of the Obskuracorps in France is becoming more and more tenacious, I have never felt so alive in my life, although it is well known by everyone that the war could end very soon, and with it the dismantling of the SRK, that is my greatest fear at the moment, although Redwood spends his time preaching that this will not happen, at least not in these most crucial moments. Besides, the Liberation of Paris is what I should be most worried about now.

It is true that I find it curious, since the SRK is in some way owned by the Foundation, they have not come for me, but why? They know who I am.

Shortly after the war ended, I fled the SRK, knowing that now that the world was at peace, I was no longer needed by them. I have returned to the now Chaos Insurgency, oddly enough they didn't ask me where I had been, they just let me back, apparently I'm the luckiest guy I know. I admit that things have gotten a lot better here, I've even been offered a place on Corvus, but I've decided to turn it down, it's not my thing. I still miss the SRK though, I feel like that was my place.

I've heard some rumors, that the "Society" is still active and will remain so permanently, I feel like those rumors are a trap, but I'll keep up with those rumors.

Redwood is a difficult guy, but I love him like a father. He came to find me and convinced me to return to the "Society". It was the only option I had, although the Insurgency has now become a formidable group, but it has moved away from the vision it had at the beginning, now it is dominated by a more chaotic and dominant vision. So I gladly took Redwood's proposal, I feel like I'm coming home.

Today some Foundation members came to our headquarters to take all our documents and some of our agents, for some reason they left a handful of my guys with me, they will probably come back and take us all, in the meantime they have left us isolated here. Redwood died a long time ago, for some reason he stopped taking his anti-aging treatment, and decided to die in peace, I was by his side on his last day, even at his funeral, I miss him, he left me the position of leader, because he believed that I had what it took to lead, without having to use my skills, I know very well that if he were here he would know what to do. I don't know what to do. I admit that before I started writing in my old diary spent about 10 minutes pointing my gun at my head; it seems so easy when I make people commit suicide, but I couldn't. I managed to sneak into what used to be the SRK headquarters, my headquarters. What was once a completely clean and dry place is now a dirty and flooded place. As I walked through puddles of dirty water, I found an old buckle from the "Society", as I looked at it carefully I managed to read, on the back: "FOR THE KING AND THE COUNTRY." That phrase maybe a couple of years ago would have filled me with anger and made me go straight to a Foundation Site to kill everyone who was there, but now it only fills me with immense sadness. I don't know how I ended up like this.

While I was trying to eat something, in the seedy motel where I was staying, someone knocked on the door of my room and I took my gun; when I opened it there was no one, only a letter on the floor, when I went back inside I could see that the letter had a red wax seal in the center. "FB" under a crow was what could be seen on that stamp, I knew very well who that letter was from and that's why I burned it. I fled from that room through the bathroom window, I didn't stop running until I got to a truck stop. I don't want anyone to find me.
