Usage
The Item must be stored within a containment room with electronic card access, it must be deployed inside a tactical hard case customized for it during each mission. The Article must be used by special operations of the IC to capture PdI's, the agents must be trained on the use of paintball weapons before using the article itself before each mission. The operation of the article is the same as that of a common example of a compressed air paintball gun, with slight differences with respect to the firing mechanism.

Standard procedures for the maintenance of the article are implemented weekly to leave the condition of the same in optimal conditions for future missions. The operation responsible for the use of the article is warned to avoid any misuse of it by being hit against any object or person during each mission to avoid future reprimand or punishment by the insurgent personnel. It is recommended that the agent(s) in control of the item during missions deliberately use a minimum number of units of the item, due to the limited quantities of it, located within Base 7.

The Item appears to be a complete set of paintball equipment, in total the set carries a quantity of (5) five units of 68 gauge paintball markers brand "Dr.Wondertainment", all specimens measure between 10x50x25cm.
Once an individual is hit by one of the item's ammunition, an expansive mass with high additive properties will quickly cover the subject almost instantly, in a kind of black mass that is hitherto made of an unknown compound. Once the body is completely covered, the mass will choose to solidify into a solid state, putting the subject in a kind of induced coma.
