Site-Whiskey-01
The most important Foundation containment site in all of Central and South America. Located in ███████, Venezuela, the site houses several anomalies of medium to high interest. There are no future plans to assault this facility; it remains under perpetual observation.

Site-PT1-A
The name Site-PT is used to designate two Foundation sites. One designated as PT1-A is located in Brazil and PT1-B is located in Portugal, with both facilities disguised as commercial complexes. Site-PT1-A is known to maintain an unknown number of paratechnologies used in its local operations; it is kept under perpetual observation.

General Information

Base 13 was originally known as Anomaly of Interest #██: The Clockwork Castle. It was discovered on ██/██/2018 by Large Scale Heavy Support Assault Team "Unit 31" during an exploration of a spatial anomaly caused by a "Via" appearing in the Church of ████, Guatemala and connecting it to an abandoned castle in a poket dimension. Four hours after the initial encounter, the castle disappeared from its place of origin only to appear on the north side of the Church's temple. It is unknown what triggered this anomaly but it is believed that the Via was created as part of a ritual to move and relocate the castle to this dimension. The reasons for this event and why the area was abandoned in the middle of the ritual are still being investigated.

After a two-day exploration and securing of the surrounding area, it was decided to begin initial testing to determine the danger level of the site, which was marked as Locality of Interest #17. A week of uneventful testing passed, with only the discovery of several bodies belonging to GoI-███: The Forgotten Angel's Scions. This discovery moved the original investigation in another direction, which initially pointed to the anomaly belonging to the Church of the Broken God.

By the end of the year, and after the discovery and containment of the Local Anomalies, the castle was deemed habitable for Insurgent personnel. Due to the tactical advantages offered by the anomalies within the castle, it was decided to use it to store items of a mechanical nature and assets with more experience in combat with heavy weapons. Finally █ months after its initial discovery, Base-13 officially became active.

Continued explorations of the castle have led to the discovery of several unexplored areas, with new areas appearing after each new permutation caused by Local Anomaly #1. In these new areas, various rooms have been found, such as rooms filled with glass vases filled with glass eyes, rooms with prosthetic clockwork mechanisms, some still functional, and chains with runes engraved on them that seemed to serve to imprison anomalous entities of unknown nature.

An inspection of the Church led to the discovery of a temple from the Mayan civilization, partially in ruins beneath the Church itself. The Department of Thaumatology and Occult Artifacts has found discrepancies with the engravings in this temple and the Central American Mayan civilizations and even several other pre-Columbian civilizations, with a strong influence on the beliefs of the figure of the Mayan god █████████ as an avatar of Yaldabaoth, the central god of Sarkic beliefs. The research is still in progress.

Local Anomaly #1: Map Manipulator

The item is shaped like a computer whose screen and keyboard are always functional. Once the keyboard is used to access the only available program, in this case "ExecuteSpace.org", it will display all of the program's features on the screen immediately via the task manager.

The program is a map editor that matches the current schematic map of Base-13. The map is able to display in real time the individuals within the building as small glowing dots with a short description of their features attached to them even when they are in motion. When using the "Edit" option in the map program, the user can manipulate the physical area of ​​the building, being able to manifest walls and rooms out of thin air without affecting electrical wiring, pipes, and other mechanical elements. However objects and personnel within can be affected by these changes if they are not notified in advance (See Incident List - Base-13 for more information). Only the Central Core and Editing Room remain in their same positions during these changes.

The Editing Room is the name given to a room in the 4mx4mx5m structure made of the same material as the rest of the building with an iron door. When a subject is brought into the room and the door is closed, the computer will automatically open a program that allows editing of the subject's listed characteristics on the screen. The user of the program will be able to change the subject's physical and mental characteristics, which are manifested in people in the physical world. Although the physical characteristics changes are over ███ options, the mental changes to the subject's psychology and personality are very limited (See Editing Room Options List - ExecuteSpace for more information).

Local Anomaly #2: Mirror of Perception

It is a mirror that occupies the entire space of the north wall of the Central Core entrance room, approximately 10m wide and 16m high with a kind of rotating knob or button on the left side. When a person, or people, perform any kind of activity in front of the mirror and subsequently turn the knob, the reflections in the mirror of the people in the room will disappear.

A few seconds later they will reappear performing the same activities they did a few seconds before. However, when the knob is continued to be turned, the reflections will begin to repeat the same activities but with noticeable changes in the actions and decisions. Continuing to turn the knob will show more versions of these activities with various changes ranging from simple details to major decisions that change the entire dynamic of the activities.

The mirror is believed to allow one to view events outside of the local timeline in real time, i.e. events from all successive timelines that would have occurred if the people involved had changed the variations on the events involved, with each event being reflected as a different outcome in a split timeline from the original.

The amount of time it takes for the alternate timeline to visibly reflect itself varies depending on the amount of activity occurring in the mirror's vicinity. Other factors seem to affect the timing of the appearance of the reflections such as the number of living beings present and surrounding anomalies. Humanoid anomalies seem to have the greatest effect on the amount of time it takes for the mirror to display the alternate timeline, with this time being evenly proportional to the total amount of activity performed by said humanoid. After the first manifestation of the first alternate timeline, successive splits will occur exponentially more quickly as each new timeline experiences its own splits independently of the others.

Due to the limitations of the mirror's location, the fact that it is impossible to remove without compromising its components, and its proximity to the Central Core, testing within the room containing the mirror must be limited, for the purpose of experimentation through failure and error testing, which will allow members of the Insurgency to develop scenarios with a greater probability of success.

Local Anomaly #3: Timeless Bomb

It is a sphere approximately 12m x 10m in diameter. It is connected to a series of cables leading to a control panel. The interior of the sphere appears to be a central nuclear fission chamber, containing a core filled with a liquid mixture of electrified mercury and argon. When activated, an unknown catalyst would be pumped into the mixture causing the sphere to explode.

This explosion would create a reaction of cations that would create a temporal anomaly in the local area, covering an area of ​​4 kilometers beyond the central building. This anomaly would create a regression effect, which would cause the time around the said area to go back in time approximately 13:45 minutes before the initial explosion. This would cause all living beings and inert objects in the described space to return to their original position at the time they were in at that same time. It also affects the state they are in as elements that went from one state to another during the event would return to their original state (Water that became solid would return to liquid) and also in the case of materials that have been previously damaged (Collapsed walls would return to their original form).

The temporal anomaly also seems to affect the state of living beings, to the point of bringing them back to life if they are unexpectedly terminated during the estimated time frame. This includes the reconstruction of tissue and muscles, organ regeneration, and complete recovery of lost blood.

Based on the schematics found of the device and the scans performed, it has been concluded that the Timeless Bomb can only be used once.
